- Our customers can reach us either through their buyer or call our customer care number to register their return/refund.
- Our buyers can request for returns within 10 daysof delivery along with reason of return and our team will try to address the concern within 3 days
In case of receiving damaged/ non- functioning products, the buyer must intimate us within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement shall be made at no extra cost once we receive the returned product.
- The buyer is requested to keep all original tags and packaging intact for reverse pick up. Customers can reject accepting the delivery if they notice a tampered parcel/packet and request for cancellation/refund.
- There is no replacement/refund in case of damaged product caused due to mishandling by the buyer.
- If product is carrying a manufacturer warranty, the customer is requested to take it to the designated authorized service centre for replacement/repair by their own account.
- Products carrying onsite replacement warranty by Go2Gadget/manufacturer shall be replaced at the customer’s doorstep at no extra cost.
- In case of buyer cancellation/refund, the transaction will be made to the registered account within 10 working days. Once refunded, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the customer about it.
